Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct legal research on corporate, commercial, and regulatory matters
- Draft, review, and vet legal documents such as agreements, contracts, notices, and correspondence
- Assist in handling litigation and non-litigation matters
- Prepare and organize legal documentation and case files
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies
- Coordinate with external counsel, regulators, and internal teams
- Maintain records of contracts, legal opinions, and case updates
- Track changes in laws and regulatory developments
- Support due diligence, audits, and compliance reporting

Qualifications & Skills

Education:
- Bachelor's degree in law (LLB) from a recognized university
- Enrolments with Bar Council (preferred)
- Valid Law degree required

Experience:
- 0-2 years of experience (including internships)

Skills Required:
- Strong legal research and drafting skills
- Good understanding of corporate and commercial laws




- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel)
- Ability to manage deadlines and multitask

Office Timings
- Monday to Saturday: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
- 2 and 4 Saturday will be off

Salary
- 20k - 25k monthly (depending on experience and qualifications)
