- Provision of 24×7 shift‑based operational support for Linux environments, including weekends and holidays, as per defined roster and SLA
- L2 administration and troubleshooting of Linux servers (RHEL/CentOS/Ubuntu) in production and customer environments
- Execution of Windows Server L1 activities including installation, health checks, service monitoring, disk management, and event log analysis
- Handling Linux server hardening, patching, and security compliance activities as per client standards
- Monitoring and analysis of CPU, memory, disk, load, and process performance, with proactive incident identification
- Troubleshooting of Linux issues related to OS, services, storage, LVM, multipath, file systems, and system performance
- Performing pre‑ and post‑backup checks, backup monitoring, and coordination with backup teams for both Linux and Windows servers
- Continuous monitoring using enterprise tools (e.g., SolarWinds), alert handling,



and timely escalation as per ITIL processes
- Integration and operational support for ServiceNow, ARCON, antivirus agents, and access management tools
- Coordination with OEM vendors (HP/Dell) and internal resolver groups for hardware, OS, or platform‑related issues
- Support for incident, problem, and change management activities in a 24×7 operational workplace, including shift handovers
- Preparation and submission of daily shift reports, handover notes, and RCA inputs, ensuring continuity of operations across shifts

Pay: From ₹480,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:
- Kanjurmarg, Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
