Talent Acquisition: Handling the end-to-end hiring process, including job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and issuing offer letters.

Onboarding & Induction: Organizing the onboarding process for recent hires, including documentation, orientation, and integration into the company culture.

Employee Relations & Engagement: Addressing employee grievances, managing employee relations, and organizing employee engagement activities to improve morale.

Payroll & Benefits Administration: Supporting payroll processing, managing employee benefits, tracking attendance, and handling leave management.

Compliance & Policy Implementation: Ensuring adherence to labor laws (like PF and ESI) and company policies, while keeping records accurate for auditing.

Performance Management: Assisting in the performance appraisal process and maintaining performance records.

Exit Management: Conducting exit interviews and managing the offboarding process.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
