In this role, you will be helping a team responsible for building tools for engineers,



platform wide improvements, driving digital transformation etc. You will work with business leaders/technology partners to create the product road map and manage any product changes through the development, user acceptance testing and implementation processes. You are passionate about continuous improvement and bringing impactful changes using latest technologies.

Key Responsibilities
- Represent the team to engineering and functional groups internally, to executive leaders within and outside of the department.
- Work closely with engineering leaders to understand the engineering ideas, and translate them into workable user stories.
- Come up with 1-3 years roadmap for the team and keeping it updated with changing needs.
- Work with team to setup strong engineering KPIs for all the initiatives taken up by team.
- Build a diverse team while fostering a collaborative and inclusive workplace
- Foster the culture
