Key Responsibilities
- Guide and support members with workouts, exercise techniques, and fitness routines
- Design personalized fitness and training programs based on member goals
- Ensure the gym floor remains clean, safe, organized, and motivating
- Monitor members during workouts to ensure proper form and prevent injuries
- Conduct fitness assessments and track member progress
- Assist in promoting personal training and fitness services
- Build strong relationships with members and deliver excellent customer service
- Support gym operations, equipment maintenance, and daily activities
- Maintain compliance with safety standards and company policies
- Motivate members and encourage a positive fitness culture

Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Gym Trainer, Personal Trainer, or Fitness Coach preferred




- Certified personal trainer (NASM, ACE, ISSA, ACSM, or equivalent certification preferred)
- CPR/AED certification is an advantage
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for health, fitness, and client transformation
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if required

Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of strength training, weight management, and functional fitness
- Ability to create customized workout and nutrition guidance
- Strong motivational and coaching abilities
- Sales confidence to promote training programs and memberships
- Customer-focused attitude with excellent teamwork skills
