About the Role

We are hiring a Content Creator / Digital Creator Lead to own the full digital content engine. This is not a posting-and-scheduling role. The person we are looking for thinks like a brand strategist, executes like a creator, and manages like a producer.

You will be responsible for the entire arc — from defining what we say, to producing the content, to identifying and managing the creator network that amplifies it. You will work directly with founders and the content writer, and you will own the digital presence of the brand.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy and Planning




- Define the digital content strategy across all relevant platforms — Instagram, TikTok / Reels, YouTube, X, LinkedIn, and emerging surfaces.
- Build content calendars that align with product launches, campaigns, and brand moments.
- Identify the formats, narratives, and content pillars that will drive growth and engagement for the brand.
- Track platform trends, cultural moments, and shifts in audience behaviour, and translate them into actionable content plans.
- Define and measure success — followers, reach, engagement, conversion to product — and report on it weekly.

Content Production
- Produce content end-to-end: ideation, scripting, shooting, editing, publishing, and post-launch optimisation.
- Build and maintain the visual and editorial language of the brand across platforms.
