As an Academic Counselor at Offenso Hackers Academy, you aren't just selling a course; you are shaping the careers of future cybersecurity experts. You will be the first point of contact for aspiring hackers and IT professionals, guiding them through our specialized training programs and certifications.

Your Impact & Responsibilities:
Drive Enrollments: Transform high-intent leads into successful student enrollments through consultative selling and deep domain knowledge.

Career Counseling: Conduct personalized counseling sessions to help students choose the right cybersecurity path (e.g., OCSA, Penetration Testing, etc.).

Pipeline Management: Maintain a clean CRM, ensuring timely follow-ups and a high "Lead-to-Admission" conversion rate.

Student Success: Act as a bridge between prospective students and our technical trainers to ensure all academic queries are resolved.

What We Are Looking For:
Experience: 1-3 years in EdTech sales, academic counseling, or high-end telesales.

Communication:



Exceptional verbal communication in [Insert Languages, e.g., English/Malayalam/Hindi] with the ability to simplify technical concepts.

The "Hacker" Mindset: A basic understanding of or interest in the cybersecurity landscape is a huge plus.

Goal-Oriented: A proven track record of meeting or exceeding monthly admission targets.
