Sattva Automation is a premium system integration company building intelligent living experiences for India's finest homes — wired automation, architectural lighting, AV, home theatre, networking, and security on platforms like Lutron, Crestron, and MDT.

We are hiring a Business Coordination & Presentation Associate to support the founder, prepare premium proposals and pitch decks, and coordinate seamlessly with clients, architects, designers, and internal teams.

What you will do
- Prepare skilled quotations, proposals, and premium client presentations.
- Coordinate communication with clients, design partners, vendors, and internal teams.
- Manage project follow-ups, sales coordination, and documentation.
- Support the founder with high-quality documentation and prioritised follow-ups.

What we are looking for




- Excellent English communication, both written and spoken.
- Strong command of PowerPoint, Canva, and Google Slides — with a real eye for design.
- Sharp coordination, attention to detail, and follow-through.
- Professional personality and etiquette. Comfortable around premium clients.
- 1-4 years of experience in architecture, interior design, luxury, hospitality, premium tech, or consulting is a plus.Location: Mumbai - Office-based - Full-time

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹550,000.00 per year
