Job Summary

We are looking for a high-energy Sales Executive to manage and expand our OEM sales. This is not a desk job; we need a field skilled who can identify LED light manufacturers, build technical relationships, and close deals. You will be responsible for the entire sales cycle—from finding leads to ensuring payment collection.

Key Responsibilities
- OEM Acquisition: Identify and acquire new OEM customers (LED light manufacturers) in the Mumbai/Vasai belt.
- Sales Cycle Management: Manage the process from lead generation and technical positioning to closing and order fulfillment.
- Technical Consultation: Position our range of LED drivers based on the customer’s technical specifications and requirements.
- Revenue Accountability: Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through disciplined territory management and planning.
- Market Intelligence: Monitor competitor activity and customer feedback to help improve our product strategy.
- Commercial Relationship:



Ensure timely payment collections and maintain professional commercial ethics with all clients.
- Reporting: Prepare regular sales forecasts and customer update reports directly for the CMD.

Must-Haves (Requirements)
- Education: Graduate in Engineering (Electronics / Electrical) or a relevant technical stream.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in OEM sales, preferably in LED drivers, lighting, or electronic components.
- Field Work: Comfortable with daily field travel (10:00 AM - 7:00 PM).
- Schedule: 6-day working week (Monday to Saturday).
- Mindset: Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of working independently without constant supervision.

Nice-to-Have
- An existing network of LED light manufacturers in Goregaon, Kandivali, and Vasai.
- Proven track record as a "closing machine" in technical sales.
