Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Trainer to train, coach, and improve the performance of our clinic counsellors and appointment scheduling teams. The trainer will be responsible for enhancing consultation quality, lead conversion, product sales, communication skills, objection handling, and overall patient experience across clinics.

This role directly impacts clinic revenue, conversion ratios, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Training & Development
- Train appointment scheduling counsellors on:
- Lead handling
- Call scripting
- Appointment booking conversion
- Follow-up techniques
- WhatsApp/chat communication
- CRM discipline
- Train clinic counsellors on:
- Consultation flow
- Patient psychology
- Need analysis
- Product recommendation
- Treatment package sales
- Upselling & cross-selling
- Deal closure techniques
- Conduct onboarding training for current hires.
- Create refresher and advanced sales training modules.
- Run role plays, mock consultations, and live call audits.
- Develop SOPs, scripts, pitch decks,



and objection-handling frameworks.

Performance Improvement
- Monitor KPIs including:
- Lead-to-appointment ratio
- Appointment-to-consultation ratio
- Consultation-to-sale conversion
- Average billing value
- Product attachment rate
- Follow-up efficiency
- Identify skill gaps and create improvement plans.
- Provide one-on-one coaching to low-performing counsellors.
- Work with clinic managers to improve team productivity.

Quality & Process Management
- Standardize counselling and sales processes across clinics.
- Ensure ethical selling and excellent patient experience.
- Audit calls, chats, and consultations regularly.
- Maintain training records and performance reports.

Experience
- 3-8 years experience in:
- Sales training
- Clinic/aesthetic/healthcare/wellness sales
- Retail luxury sales training
- High-ticket consultation sales
- Experience training teams in:
- Call centre sales
- Clinic counsell
