Zepfly Studio is looking for a Growth Strategist who understands how brands actually grow.
This is not a “just run ads” role. We are looking for someone who thinks beyond Meta Ads and ROAS. Someone who studies successful brands, understands virality, positioning, community building, and can create full growth strategies for businesses.
If you enjoy breaking down brands like Zomato, Zepto, Duolingo, Notion, Apple, or boAt and understanding _why_ they grew, this role is for you.
Responsibilities:
- Build 30-60-90 day growth plans for clients
- Identify growth opportunities beyond paid ads
- Develop viral and content-led growth strategies
- Work closely with the content team daily
- Design smart marketing campaigns and positioning strategies
- Train and guide marketing interns
- Create 2 reels daily around marketing, growth, and branding
- Run growth experiments and track results
Skills Required
- Strong understanding of brand growth & positioning
- Knowledge of viral marketing and content strategy
- Experience with digital marketing & campaign strategy
- Ability to think like a business builder
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Understanding of frameworks like:
- AARRR Funnel
- JTBD
- Flywheel Strategy
- Hook Model
- Blue Ocean Strategy
