Financial Modeling: Develop, maintain, and analyze complex Excel models for property acquisitions, developments, and leasing, including sensitivity analysis.
- Underwriting & Due Diligence: Perform in-depth due diligence and underwriting, including reviewing income statements, operating expenses, and market data.
- Valuation & Metrics: Calculate and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as IRR (Internal Rate of Return) and Cap Rates.
- Asset Management Support: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for portfolio properties; perform budget-to-actual variance analysis.
- Market Research: Research market trends, comparable sales, and lease rates to validate underwriting assumptions.
- Job Requirements:
- Experience: 0-2 years of experience in real estate finance, investment banking, or commercial real estate.
- Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel is mandatory;
- Real Estate Knowledge: Solid understanding of real estate investment concepts, property types, and valuation methods.
- Analytical Skills: Robust ability to analyze complex data and identify trends.
