Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
- Verify customer KYC documents such as Aadhaar Card, PAN Card, Address Proof, and Identity Proof.
- Conduct telephonic or physical verification as per process requirements.
- Validate customer information and ensure accuracy of submitted documents.
- Identify discrepancies, incomplete records, or suspicious activities and escalate when required.
- Maintain proper records of verified and pending cases.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
- Coordinate with internal departments for document clarification and approvals.
- Update verification status and reports in the system/software.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of customer information.
- Achieve daily verification and productivity targets.
- Handle customer queries related to KYC and verification processes.
- Prepare MIS reports and maintain verification logs.

Required Skills:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Solid attention to detail and accuracy.




- Basic knowledge of KYC and compliance procedures.
- Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
- Good analytical and verification skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and data entry systems.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Qualification:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Additional certification in Banking/Finance/Compliance will be an added advantage.

Experience:
- 1-3 years of experience in KYC Verification, Banking Operations, BFSI, NBFC, or related fields.
- Freshers with good communication and computer skills may also apply.
