KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Customer Communication & Relationship Management
- Act as the primary point of contact between customers, leads, and the internal sales/field team — ensuring timely and professional communication at all times.
- Make outbound calls to existing customers to drive repeat orders, identify upselling/cross-selling opportunities across Hiya India's product range, and maintain strong long-term relationships.
- Handle inbound customer queries — order status, product information, complaints, and escalations — and route them to the right team member promptly.

Field Sales Team Support
- Coordinate with field sales executives and the Assistant Manager on lead assignments, meeting scheduling, proposal preparation, and order processing.
- Prepare and share quotations, product decks, and sales collateral for customer meetings and pitches.
- Monitor the daily activity and beat plans of the field team and flag gaps or delays to the Sales Manager.
- Assist field executives in preparing reports, documentation, and customer correspondence as needed.

Order Management & Processing




- Receive, verify, and process confirmed customer orders — coordinating with the operations/warehouse team for timely fulfilment.
- Track order status end-to-end and proactively communicate updates to customers.
- Manage order modifications, cancellations, and return requests in coordination with the operations team.
- Maintain accurate records of all orders, invoices, and dispatch details.

CRM & Data Management
- Maintain and update the CRM platform with accurate and current data — customer profiles, interaction history, lead status, deal stages, and follow-up schedules.
- Generate weekly and monthly sales pipeline reports, follow-up trackers, and performance summaries for the Sales Manager.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
