Key Responsibilities

1. Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain company services/products.

2. Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information.

3. Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication.

Generate and qualify leads for the sales team.

5. Maintain daily call reports and update CRM or Excel sheets.

6. Build and maintain good customer relationships.

7. Coordinate with the sales and marketing team for campaigns and follow-ups.

Required Skills:
8. Good verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.

9. Good listening and negotiation skills.

1. Graduate
