Roles & Responsibilities
- Assist in managing daily e-commerce operational activities and online marketplace coordination.
- Monitor product listings, inventory updates, pricing, and order processing systems.
- Coordinate with logistics and support teams for timely order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
- Update product catalogs, descriptions, stock availability, and marketplace information.
- Support digital marketing campaigns and online promotional activities.
- Analyze sales reports, customer engagement, and operational performance using MS Excel and digital tools.




- Maintain records related to orders, returns, refunds, and operational reporting.
- Work closely with management teams to improve overall e-commerce performance and customer experience.

Eligibility & Skills
- Basic understanding of E-Commerce and Digital Platforms
- Knowledge of MS Excel and online business tools
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a professional environment
- Interest in digital commerce, online sales, and operations management

Skills Developed
