Hospital Operations
- Manage overall hospital operations including OPD, IPD, emergency, and support services
- Ensure smooth coordination between medical, nursing, and administrative teams
- Monitor patient flow and optimize service delivery

2. Regulatory Compliance
- Ensure adherence to NABH and statutory compliance standards
- Maintain licenses, documentation, and audit readiness
- Implement hospital policies and protocols

3. Patient Care & Experience
- Ensure high-quality patient care and satisfaction
- Handle patient grievances and escalate critical issues
- Monitor service quality and implement improvements

4. Staff Management
- Supervise medical and administrative staff
- Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, and training
- Monitor attendance, discipline, and performance

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
