Position: Data Entry Operator

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Maintain reports and dashboard from SAP
- Check clarification on pending and delayed orders
- Communication and coordination with Stores, PPC, Warehouse and CFL Team
- Matching Lens and Frames as per prescription copy.
- Communication to various stakeholders on the order status
- Ensure local dispatch and quantity
- Perform Inwarding, Outwarding and Billing in SAP as per the process
- Initiate Re-order as per requirement in SAP
- Providing reports for the CROWN Team
- Quality Check and Packing of the completed orders.

Requirements:
- Should be flexible to work in shifts (Rotational basis including night shifts)
- Should be adaptable to work 6 days a week (Sunday is not a fixed week-off)
- Proficiency in MS Excel
- V Lookup, Pivot Table
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent coordination skills

Experience:
- Adequate experience in Data Entry/ any related fields
- (OR) Fresher with required Excel/ Communication Skills
