About the role

Product Expert - Clinical is accountable for all aspects of the Clinical technology ecosystem, including business and technical analysis, backlog management,



agile delivery model and methodology, operational performance, enhancements, replacements, and future capability roadmaps. In addition, the Product Expert is responsible for all business-as-usual (BAU) activities within the Clinical landscape, ensuring smooth and uninterrupted operations.

Key responsibilities- Demand management: Collaborate and influence senior business leaders to handle and prioritize the product backlog with a focus on the highest business value.
- Product/Project Delivery: Leadership, execution, and maintenance for existing Clinical systems and with an eye towards emerging innovative technologies. Responsible for creation and execution of the business analysis developing product roadmaps working with Product Manager. Will work in collaboration with the broader team to drive and deliver business value to tight timelines adhering to the release management calendar where applicable.
