We are hiring an Operations Executive Intern for a 3-month paid internship with a full-time offer for high performers.

Internship Details
- Location: Noida (In-office)
- Start: Immediate
- Duration: 3 Months
- Internship Stipend: ₹10,000/month
- Full-Time Offer: ₹25,000/month (CTC)
- Experience: 0-1 year (Freshers welcome)
- Reports To: COO

What You Will Do

1-ERP Reporting & Coordination
- Review ERP (Prasora) reports
- Follow up with merchants & QC teams
- Maintain PD & production trackers
- Send buyer updates on time
- Escalate critical issues to COO

2-ERP Improvement
- Audit reports and workflows
- Identify gaps and inefficiencies
- Suggest SOPs, templates, and improvements
- Coordinate with ERP team

3. Tracker & Production Oversight
- Monitor PD and production timelines
- Identify delays proactively




- Ensure trackers are accurate and updated

4.Vendor Scorecards
- Create and maintain vendor scorecards
- Track quality, delivery, compliance & responsiveness
- Share monthly performance reviews

5.Buyer Agreements
- Draft agreements using templates
- Maintain agreement trackers and renewals

6.Revenue Analysis
- Track buyer-wise revenue vs targets
- Prepare simple dashboards and summaries

- Understand merchant & QC workflows
- Review active trackers
- Attend vendor calls

By 60 Days
- Handle ERP reports independently
- Manage tracker review process
- Send first vendor scorecards
- Suggest ERP improvements

By 90 Days
- Become COO’s go-to for ops updates
- Run scorecard process end-to-end
- Draft first buyer agreement
- Deliver buyer revenue analysis
