The Customer Support Manager is responsible for leading the day-to-day operations of the support team to ensure a high level of service, accuracy, and timeliness. This role oversees team performance, monitors customer interactions, manages escalated issues, and ensures representatives stay informed on product and process updates. You'll provide coaching, set goals,



and support ongoing development to maintain robust performance and employee engagement. In this role you will also partner with leadership on hiring decisions and work closely with other teams to meet service and quality objectives.

Core Job Duties
- Lead daily team activities to ensure all work is completed on time, with strong attention to detail and quality standards.
- Monitor and review calls and written correspondence between representatives and customers.
- Manage escalated issues and provide clear direction and resolution.
- Ensure representatives are informed about updates to company products, services, and processes.
- Develop staff by managing performance, setting goals, providing ongoing training, and maintaining strong employee relationships.
