The isolved Manager, Product Engineering, will oversee the activity of software engineering resources within the Development organization. This includes staffing, developing, implementing, and maintaining a system of coding standards and practices for isolved products throughout the software development lifecycle (SDLC).



This position will directly supervise 1 to 3 scrum teams of software engineers.

Core Job Duties
- Supervisory Responsibilities:
- Hires and trains software engineering staff.
- Conducts weekly or bi-weekly one-on-ones with reports.
- Conducts performance evaluations that are timely and constructive.
- Duties/Responsibilities:
- Communicates coding standards and parameters to QA, product development, and product management teams.
- Provide mentorship and practical development advice to team members.
- Ensure best practices, including writing unit tests and performing code reviews.
- Analyzes issues, bugs, defects, and other problems and recommends and facilitates solutions.
- Participates in code development, as necessary.
- Maintains compliance with federal, state, local, and organizational laws, regulations, guidelines, and policies.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
