Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and optimize production processes and workflows
- Monitor daily production operations and troubleshoot issues
- Ensure production targets and deadlines are met
- Maintain quality standards and ensure compliance with regulations
- Analyze production data to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements
- Coordinate with maintenance teams to minimize equipment downtime
- Develop and implement safety procedures and ensure workplace safety
- Manage resources such as manpower, materials, and machinery
- Collaborate with design, quality, and supply chain teams
- Prepare reports on production performance and improvements

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial,



Electrical, or related field)
- Solid problem-solving and analytical skills
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes and production systems
- Familiarity with quality standards (ISO, Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing)
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Technical knowledge of machinery and tools (industry-specific)

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
