Responsibilities:
- Responsible for sourcing and procuring MRO materials and services in line with business requirements.-
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard vendors, including audits for high-value projects.-
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to ensure cost-effective procurement.-




- Manage end-to-end procurement cycle from PR to PO using SAP system.-
- Ensure timely delivery by coordinating with vendors and logistics teams.-
- Monitor vendor performance on quality, timelines, and contractual compliance.-
- Handle shipment coordination, including import processes and documentation validation.-
- Collaborate with stakeholders (requestors, finance, warehouse) for smooth operations.-
- Ensure adherence to company policies, audit requirements, and legal compliance.-
- Maintain accurate procurement records, contracts, and vendor onboarding documentation.Qualification
- BE/B.Tech Supply chain or any related degree

Experience
- 8+ years in with experience in procurement or purchasing roles, preferably in an EMS Industry.
