Business Development Associate Intern

About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Business Development Associate Intern to support our expansion strategy by onboarding new partners. This role involves identifying high-potential opportunities, building strong relationships, and ensuring seamless partner onboarding.

The intern will gain hands-on exposure to the complete partner lifecycle—from lead generation to onboarding and post-launch support—while working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure partner success and alignment with company standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and connect with potential partners to expand the network
- Generate qualified leads through multiple channels
- Present business opportunities and explain the business model effectively
- Achieve assigned partner acquisition targets
- Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for recent partners
- Coordinate documentation, agreements, and compliance requirements
- Ensure smooth setup and activation of new franchisees
- Act as the single point of contact (SPOC) for onboarded partners




- Build and maintain long-term partner relationships
- Collaborate with internal teams (operations, training, support)
- Provide initial guidance and support to new franchisees
- Assist in resolving partner queries and operational challenges
- Ensure adherence to company policies and quality standards
- Maintain accurate records of leads and conversions
- Prepare regular reports on business development activities
- Monitor performance of newly onboarded partners

Required Skills:
- Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills
- Ability to build and manage stakeholder relationships
- Basic understanding of sales and business development concepts
- Good organizational and coordination abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM tools
- Ability to multitask and work in a target-driven environment
- Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach
