About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate a team of 5 developers/designers
- Allocate tasks and monitor daily progress of projects
- Ensure timely delivery of WordPress and Shopify projects
- Handle client communication and requirement understanding
- Resolve team issues, project blockers, and technical coordination challenges
- Maintain project timelines, reporting, and workflow management
- Coordinate between development, design, SEO, and marketing teams when required
- Review website quality, functionality, and deployment process
- Maintain proper documentation and project updates

Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of WordPress website development
- Good understanding of Shopify store setup and management
- Team handling and leadership capabilities
- Project coordination and task management skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Understanding of hosting, domain, migrations, and website deployment
- Familiarity with tools like Trello, ClickUp, Asana, Slack, etc.




- Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Must have working knowledge of frontend technologies including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, Bootstrap, and Responsive Web Designingto effectively coordinate with the development team and understand project requirements.

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Applications, or related field
- Experience in managing web development teams
- Basic understanding of UI/UX and SEO workflows will be an added advantage

Salary

₹25,000 - ₹30,000/month (Depending on experience and skills)
