Job Title: E-Commerce Operations & Marketplace Executive

Location: Patparganj Industrial Area, Delhi.

Salary: ₹20,000 - ₹30,000/month (depending on experience)

About Us:
We are a premium packaging and gifting brand dealing in designer envelopes, MDF boxes, trays, festive packaging, and customized products. We sell through Amazon, Blinkit, IndiaMART, and our own website.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Amazon, Blinkit, IndiaMART, and website operations
- Monitor inventory and prevent stock-outs
- Coordinate product dispatches and warehouse replenishment
- Upload and optimize product listings
- Track daily sales and platform performance
- Handle customer queries and order-related coordination
- Maintain Excel/Google Sheets reports
- Coordinate with design and production teams
- Ensure timely order processing and issue resolution





Required Skills:
- Experience with Amazon Seller Central / Blinkit / e-commerce platforms
- Positive Excel and Google Sheets knowledge
- Basic understanding of inventory management
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Organized and responsible work approach
- Ability to work independently and provide daily reports

Preferred:
- Experience in gifting, packaging, printing, or custom products industry
- Basic understanding of product listing optimization
- Experience handling marketplace inventory planning

Important:
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
