Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Create original content for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, and X (Twitter)
- Plan and maintain a social media content calendar
- Write compelling captions, scripts, and social copy
- Design or coordinate graphics, videos, reels, and short-form content
- Stay updated on social media trends, viral formats, and platform updates
- Collaborate with marketing, design, and sales teams to align content with campaigns
- Monitor audience engagement and respond to comments/messages when needed
- Analyze content performance using social media analytics tools
- Optimize content strategies based on insights and KPIs
- Assist in influencer collaborations and campaign executions

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related field (preferred)
- Proven experience in social media content creation or digital marketing
- Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills
- Knowledge of social media platforms and best practices




- Basic graphic design and video editing skills
- Familiarity with tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or similar
- Understanding of SEO, hashtags, and social media analytics
- Creative mindset with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience managing brand or business social media accounts
- Knowledge of paid social media campaigns
- Photography or videography skills
- Experience with influencer marketing
