What You’ll Actually Do:
- Keep a close eye on shipments and ensure they reach customers smoothly
- Dive into failed deliveries and figure out the real problem
- Take ownership of escalations and don’t let cases go in circles
- Work with courier partners and make sure things move
- Spot patterns, connect dots, and turn chaos into clarity
