About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Generate business through social networking and online platforms
- Work on bidding platforms such as Upwork
- Create proposals and respond to client leads
- Negotiate and close new business opportunities
- Support marketing and lead generation activities
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project discussions and delivery

Required Skills:
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Experience with bidding platforms like Upwork
- Good marketing and social media understanding
- Knowledge of CRM software is a plus
- Self-motivated, proactive, and target-oriented mindset
- Ability to work independently and in a team setting
