Role Overview:
We are seeking an independent, highly proactive Senior Clinical Recruiter for a 1-year fixed-term contract to completely own and manage the end-to-end talent acquisition function for Fresenius Medical Care in India.

As a sole contributor for the country, you will operate with a high degree of autonomy, managing all clinical and operational hiring across our pan-India dialysis network. Operating from India, you will report directly to the Talent Acquisition Manager based in the Philippines. This role requires a seasoned recruiter who thrives in a standalone capacity, comfortably balancing strategic alignment with stakeholders across India and cross-border reporting lines.

Your Responsibilities:
- Standalone TA ownership: act as the sole point of contact for all recruitment activities in India, managing the full-cycle recruitment process for clinical roles (Dialysis Nurses, Nephrologists, Resident Medical Officers, and Technicians) from sourcing to offer closure.
- Cross-border reporting: maintain seamless,



regular alignment with the regional Talent Acquisition Manager based in the Philippines, providing explicit visibility into the country's hiring pipelines, market challenges, and local metrics.
- Pan-India Stakeholder management: partner directly with local Center Managers, Head Nurses, and Consultant Nephrologists across different states to understand hiring needs and ensure selection alignment.

Pipeline & attrition management: build and maintain a robust talent pool of qualified clinical professionals to aggressively manage and mitigate center attrition within a highly competitive market.
- Employer Branding & institutional partnerships: represent the company independently at career fairs, Indian Nursing Council (INC) recognized campus events, and paramedical institutes to secure a steady flow of graduate talent.
