Customer Support Associate | USA SaaS | Onsite Position Only

Salary: ₹20,000 - ₹30,000 per month
Shift Timing: 6:30 PM - 3:30 AM / 7:30 PM - 4:30 Am

We are hiring a Customer Support Associate for our USA-based SaaS support process. This is an onsite role, ideal for someone with strong English communication skills and previous experience in a US voice process.

Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Associate, you will be responsible for:
- Assisting customers with onboarding and account setup
- Troubleshooting basic technical issues
- Guiding customers step by step with platform-related tasks
- Maintaining clear communication and providing a outstanding customer experience
- Coordinating with the internal team when advanced technical support is needed

Requirements:
- Minimum qualification:10+2 or Graduate in any stream:
- Excellent spoken English ( US accent is a plus )
- Minimum 1+ year experience in any US voice process:




- Comfortable working in night shift
- Basic computer and internet knowledge
- Good problem-solving and customer-handling skills
- Must be available to work from our Chakdaha office

You should be confident, polite, patient, and comfortable speaking with USA-based customers. We’re looking for someone who can explain things clearly, handle customer concerns professionally, and help users feel supported.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
