Must Have:
- 4+ Years of good functional expertise in SAP RE-FX — Contract management, lease accounting (IFRS16/ASC842), property management and valuation.
- Knowledge of S/4HANA data structures, Fiori apps and cloud deployment considerations.
- Deep understanding of RE-FX integration with FI/CO, MM, PS and Asset Accounting.
- Hands-on experience in RE-FX master data migration, testing and reconciliation during implementation.
Valuable communicator and ability to handle business stakeholders- Good to have:
- Exposure to SAP Cloud Platform / BTP Services for RE-FX reporting or extensions.
- Knowledge of SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) for real estate reporting and dashboards
