Role Objective:
Ensure that the right product is available at the right warehouse at the right time — by running daily dispatch planning across plants and warehouses. This role is the single point of accountability between supply (plants + warehouse) and demand (Sales Coordination).

Key responsibilities:
1. Stock Planning & Monitoring
- Monitor daily finished goods stock across all warehouses.
- Track inward, outward, reserved, blocked, and available stock status.
- Maintain updated stock reports for sales and management teams.
- Coordinate with production team for stock replenishment planning.
- Identify quick-moving, slow-moving, and critical shortage items.
- Ensure adequate stock availability based on dispatch priorities and sales demand.
- Monitor aging stock and highlight liquidation opportunities.

2. Warehouse Coordination
- Coordinate daily with warehouse team for stock confirmation and dispatch readiness.
- Ensure physical stock alignment with ERP/system stock.
- Track pending dispatches, loading schedules, and material availability.
- Follow up on stock discrepancies,



damages, shortages, and non-moving inventory.
- Support warehouse in stock reconciliation activities.
- Ensure timely sharing of dispatch-related documents and stock updates.

3. Dispatch & Planning Support
- Prepare and share dispatch planning reports based on stock availability.
- Coordinate inter-warehouse stock transfers.
- Support prioritization of dispatches based on business requirements.
- Track pending orders due to stock or logistics issues.
- Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams for dispatch execution updates.

4. Reporting & MIS
- Prepare daily stock MIS and dispatch tracking reports.
- Share stock availability reports with management and sales teams.
- Maintain records of shortages, pending orders, and dispatch delays.
- Generate reports for stock consumption trends and planning support.
- Support management with data for forecasting and operational decision-making.
