Position: Sales Manager - Automobile Industry

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the showroom sales team to achieve sales targets.
- Monitor daily inquiries, follow-ups, bookings, and vehicle deliveries.
- Develop sales strategies to increase showroom revenue and customer acquisition.
- Train and motivate sales executives for better performance.
- Maintain strong customer relationships and handle escalations professionally.
- Coordinate with marketing and finance departments for promotional activities.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance reviews.
- Ensure excellent customer experience and adherence to company processes.

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in automobile sales/team handling.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.




- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Target-oriented mindset with analytical skills.
- Knowledge of CRM systems and MS Office.
- Experience in automobile dealership/showroom management preferred.
- Ability to lead teams and drive high-performance sales culture.
