Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain daily accounting entries in Tally/ERP software
- Handle GST, TDS, and other taxation work
- Prepare monthly and yearly financial reports
- Manage jewellery stock accounting and inventory reconciliation
- Maintain gold, diamond, and silver metal accounts
- Monitor cash flow, bank reconciliation, and payment follow-ups
- Prepare purchase, sales, and expense reports
- Coordinate with auditors, banks, and management
- Handle payroll and employee reimbursement records
- Ensure compliance with accounting and taxation rules
- Maintain proper records of invoices, vouchers, and billing

Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of Tally ERP / Busy Software / Jewellery ERP
- Good understanding of GST, TDS, and accounting principles
- Experience in jewellery stock management
- Strong Excel and reporting skills
- Valuable communication and team management skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy

Qualification
- B.Com / M.Com / MBA Finance
- CA Inter preferred

Experience
- 5+ years experience in accounting
- Jewellery industry experience preferred

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
