Key Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one career counseling sessions for students and professionals targeting the US job market
- Support LinkedIn profile optimization and personal branding strategies
- Advise on internship, CPT, OPT, and full-time job search strategies (where applicable)
- Track job market trends, hiring patterns, and employer expectations in the US
- Conduct workshops on career readiness, networking, salary negotiation, and workplace communication
- Build and maintain relationships with employers, recruiters, and hiring partners

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Counseling, Education, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in career counseling, recruitment, talent acquisition, or career services
- Solid understanding of the US job market and hiring practices




- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong presentation and workshop facilitation abilities
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, job portals, ATS systems, and recruitment platforms

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with international students or professionals seeking US opportunities
- Knowledge of STEM hiring trends and employer expectations
- Exposure to university career services or workforce development programs
- Certifications in career coaching, HR, or counseling are a plus

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
