Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research and develop strategies for the US outsourcing market
- Generate and qualify leads; manage a strong sales pipeline
- Execute cold calling and deliver tailored sales pitches
- Handle follow-ups, negotiations, and close deals
- Collaborate with internal teams and share regular sales reports

Qualifications:
- MBA Fresher or up to 1 year of sales experience
- Understanding of the full sales cycle, including deal closure
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- CRM experience is a plus
