Job Summary

The Trainer - Handheld Devices Technician will be responsible for providing training on mobile phone hardware, software, troubleshooting, and repair of mobiles and accessories.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver training on repair and maintenance of mobile phones, tablets, chargers, and accessories.
- Demonstrate fault diagnosis, component replacement, software installation, and testing.
- Conduct practical sessions on Android and iOS devices.
- Maintain trainee attendance, practical records, and assessment reports.
- Prepare training material, lab setup, and lesson plans.
- Ensure safe handling of repair tools and testing equipment.
- Guide trainees for assessment, interview, and placement activities.
- Maintain documentation as per SSC/NSDC requirements.

Required Skills:
- Robust knowledge of mobile hardware and software repair.
- Good troubleshooting and practical demonstration skills.




- Knowledge of Android and iOS systems.
- Good communication and classroom management skills.
- Ability to prepare reports and maintain records.

Trainer Qualification
- Graduate in any discipline, preferably Electronics & Communication, Telecom, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- Minimum 6 years of experience in handset repairing after graduation.
- Certified Trainer mapped to Qualification Pack MEP/Q2601 v3.0 with minimum 80% aggregate score.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
