Job Summary

This role requires strong technical knowledge, hands-on troubleshooting skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced entertainment environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain arcade games, amusement machines, VR systems, and related equipment.
- Perform preventive maintenance, routine inspections, and cleaning of machines to minimize downtime.
- Install and configure new arcade machines, POS systems, card readers, and redemption systems.
- Repair or replace defective components such as buttons, joysticks, wiring, screens, power supplies, and circuit boards.
- Perform soldering and electrical/mechanical repairs as required.
- Maintain maintenance logs, service records, spare parts inventory, and warranty documentation.
- Coordinate with vendors/service providers for major repairs and technical support when needed.
- Assist customers and staff with basic machine troubleshooting and technical support.
- Ensure all machines meet safety and operational standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications




- 1-5 years of experience in technical repair, maintenance, or electronics servicing.
- Diploma/ITI/Trade certification in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Good understanding of electrical circuits, wiring diagrams, electronic schematics, and hand tools.
- Hands-on experience in troubleshooting electrical and mechanical equipment.
- Ability to solder and replace electronic components.
- Comfortable lifting and moving heavy equipment/machines.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.

Preferred Skills
- Experience in the amusement, gaming, arcade, or entertainment industry.
- Knowledge of POS systems, card-swipe systems, and redemption systems.
- Familiarity with VR systems, simulators, or interactive gaming equipment.
- Solid problem-solving and customer service skills.
