JOB DESCRIPTION

Join Firmwide FP&A; to shape senior decision-making through high-impact reporting and analysis. You will partner across lines of business and Functional Finance to deliver insights on budgets, forecasts, and key drivers. This role offers visibility with senior stakeholders and opportunities to lead deep-dive analyses and strategic projects.

As an FP&A; Associate within Firmwide Planning & Analysis, you will partner across the firm to deliver impactful reporting, planning, and financial analysis for senior management. You will develop and present budget and forecast insights, build and maintain financial models, and lead deep dives to identify root causes and recommend solutions. You will collaborate with stakeholders across lines of business and Functional Finance to ensure accurate, timely, and effective delivery of recurring and ad-hoc initiatives.

Responsibilities:
- Serve as a liaison across Firmwide P&A;, lines of business, Functional Finance, and support teams to deliver impactful reporting and planning.
- Produce presentations, analyses,



and supporting materials for senior management and key internal clients.
- Develop and present qualitative and quantitative analysis across annual budgets and quarterly/monthly forecast variances.
- Create, maintain, and review recurring and ad-hoc financial models and analyses.
- Conduct deep-dive analyses on key issues, identify root causes, and propose actionable solutions.
- Collaborate across P&A;, lines of business, and other partners to deliver recurring and ad-hoc initiatives accurately and on time.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with key stakeholders across Firmwide, Functional Finance, and lines of business teams.
- Support ad-hoc requests and special projects, prioritizing deliverables effectively.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- Hold a BA/BS in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
- Bring 3+ years of relevant FP&A; experience in a fast-paced environment.
