Job Title: People Analytics Senior Analyst
- Reporting Line: Reports to People Analytics and Data Manager
- Role Summary

As a Senior People Analytics qualified, you will lead the delivery of key HR reports and actionable insights, drive unified KPI standards and robust data governance. You will build and maintain analytics tools, conduct internal training and knowledge sharing, and promote People Analytics concepts across the organization. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent data output, and leverage advanced technologies to continuously optimize daily analytical workflows
- Key Responsibilities
- 1. People Analytics
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of the monthly
- People & Culture Book

(for the Executive Committee), ensuring timely, accurate release.
- Oversee regular, high-quality publication of the
- CSR Scorecard.
- Conduct targeted analysis to identify trends/variances and deliver actionable business

2. KPI Standardization & Audit Readiness
- Drive global CSR KPI standardization (definitions, calculations, data sources)
