What You’ll Do (Real Responsibility from Day 1)
- Lead a small team of 3-5 brand ambassadors/sales reps during customer acquisition campaigns
- Manage daily marketing operations at retail pop-ups, events, or B2B outreach locations
- Track key metrics (conversion rates, ROI, team KPIs) and report to regional managers
- Recruit, coach, and motivate junior team members
- Learn core business functions: budgeting, CRM use (Salesforce/HubSpot), sales process design, and performance analysis.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
