Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack.NET Developer to take ownership of SubSource, USA - California based company providing franchise management platform serving franchise owners, store managers, and employees across 65+ modules including hiring, scheduling, payroll, E-Verify (DHS), GPS tracking, I-9 compliance, and DocuSign integration. The platform runs on.NET, Dapper, SQL Server, and Angular, hosted on Azure. We are looking to migrate our ancient.NET platform to.NET 10 and react native front end.

This is a hands-on role. You will be the primary developer responsible for fixing real production issues with limited documentation, building current features, and contributing to SubSource 2.0 (React +.NET 10). You will work directly with the platform owner — no management chain, no bureaucracy.

Responsibilities
- Diagnose and fix production bugs using Azure Log Analytics (KQL), Application Insights, and Application Gateway access logs or reported issues.
- Write and maintain SQL stored procedures following SubSource conventions — soft delete (IsDeleted),



audit columns (ModifiedBy, ModifiedOn), OFFSET-FETCH pagination, and Dapper parameterized calls via DynamicParameters
- Build, manage, and extend.NET DataRepository and DataManager classes following the SubSource layered architecture — no business logic in repositories, no SQL in controllers
- Develop Angular components with proper null guards, environment.ts base URL configuration, HTTP interceptors, and reactive forms
- Work with DHS E-Verify EmployerWebServiceV29 SOAP API, DocuSign REST API, and GPS/geofencing integrations
- Implement and maintain AES encryption using SubSource's EncryptHelper pattern for PII data including SSNs and credentials stored in useraccountpasskey
- Manage and configure Azure resources including App Service (app-subsource-api-01), Azure SQL Managed Instance (sqlmi-subsource-prd-01), Key Vault, and Azure DevOps pipelines
- Build AI-powered reporting features using Azure OpenAI
