Roles and Responsibilities
- Approaching prospective customers and winning new clients.
- Maintaining and building relationships with existing and new clients.
- Setting and achieving sales targets as per the company's objectives.
- Identifying current business opportunities and markets for JM Plastopack's products.
- Understanding customer needs and providing tailored product solutions.
- Conducting sales meetings and discussions with clients to present our offerings.
- Introducing and demonstrating the company’s products or services to clients.
- Negotiating sales deals and ensuring smooth closure.
- Taking and processing customer orders promptly.
- Addressing and following up on product or service-related issues.
- Maintaining accurate client and sales-related records.
- Preparing and submitting daily reports to management on time. Failure to comply with reporting requirements will result in strict action.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
