Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote services
- Handle inbound inquiries and convert them into sales opportunities
- Maintain a database of customer information and update records regularly
- Follow up on leads and ensure timely closure of sales
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Handle customer objections and provide appropriate solutions
- Build and maintain solid customer relationships
- Collaborate with the sales team and report performance to management
