- Define and communicate user needs through journey maps, service blueprints, and experience models
- Plan and conduct usability testing and research activities to inform and validate design decisions, including for AI‑enabled or data‑driven features
- Design and iterate user flows, wireframes, and prototypes at appropriate fidelity for different stages of delivery, including complex or data‑heavy interfaces
- Translate complex service, policy, or technical requirements into clear and accessible user experiences, such as automated processes or AI‑supported workflows
