Store Keeper

Key Responsibilities:
Material Management:
Receive materials at site with proper quality and quantity check against PO/GRN.

Verify challans, bills, and transporter documents

Inventory Control: Maintain stock register, bin cards, and system entries in ERP/Tally.

Conduct periodic physical stock verification and report variances

Issue & Documentation: Issue materials to site contractors/staff against authorized requisition slips.

Maintain inward/outward records and update stock daily

Storage & Safety: Ensure proper storage of cement, steel, electrical, plumbing, and finishing items to avoid damage.

Follow safety norms for flammable/hazardous materials

Coordination: Coordinate with Purchase, Accounts, and Site Engineers for material requirements, shortages, and reorder levels

Reporting: Prepare daily stock reports, monthly consumption reports, and scrap/surplus material reports for management

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
