Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Architect with 1-2 years of professional experience to support design development, project coordination, and execution. The role involves working closely with senior team members to deliver high-quality architectural solutions while adhering to timelines and client expectations.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in concept design, schematic design, and design development:
- Prepare architectural drawings, layouts, and presentations:
- Work on AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, V-Ray, and other design tools:
- Support in client meetings, presentations, and discussions:
- Coordinate with consultants, vendors, and internal teams:
- Ensure drawings comply with local building codes and regulations:
- Assist in site visits and monitor project progress:
- Maintain proper documentation and project records:
- Support senior architects in project planning and execution

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture (B.Arch)




- 1-2 years of relevant work experience in an architectural firm
- Proficiency in:
- AutoCAD
- SketchUp / Revit
- Adobe Photoshop
- Rendering tools (V-Ray/Lumion preferred)
- Basic understanding of construction processes and materials:
- Valuable communication and coordination skills
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving mindset

Preferred Skills
- Exposure to residential/commercial projects:
- Knowledge of local authority approvals and documentation:
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines

Career Growth

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
