ob Summary:
The Loading Supervisor is responsible for managing and supervising all loading and unloading activities of steel pipes, ensuring protected handling, accurate dispatch, and timely delivery as per company and client requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervision of Loading/Unloading:
- Oversee loading and unloading of steel pipes (GI, MS, DI pipes, etc.).
- Ensure proper stacking, handling, and movement of materials to prevent damage.
- Material Verification:
- Verify quantity, size, grade, and specifications of pipes before dispatch.
- Cross-check materials with delivery challans, invoices, and dispatch orders.
- Labour Management:
- Assign duties to loading workers and monitor their performance.
- Ensure discipline and efficiency among labourers.
- Safety Compliance:
- Ensure use of safety equipment (gloves, helmets, shoes).
- Prevent accidents during loading/unloading operations.
- Follow proper lifting and handling procedures for heavy pipes.
- Vehicle Coordination:
- Coordinate with transporters and drivers for timely loading.




- Ensure proper placement and securing of pipes in vehicles to avoid transit damage.
- Documentation:
- Maintain loading records, dispatch registers, and daily reports.
- Report shortages, damages, or discrepancies immediately.
- Stock Coordination:
- Work closely with the store/warehouse team for stock availability.
- Ensure FIFO (First In First Out) or as per company policy.
- Time Management:
- Ensure quick turnaround time for loading vehicles.
- Avoid delays in dispatch schedules.
- Equipment Handling:
- Supervise use of cranes, forklifts, or other loading equipment.
- Ensure machines are used safely and properly.
- Quality Control:
- Ensure pipes are free from defects before dispatch.
- Avoid mixing of different sizes/grades.

Skills & Requirements:
- Experience in steel, pipe, or construction material industry preferred
- Knowledge of pipe sizes, grades, and materials
- Basic understanding of dispatch documentation
- Leader
